Congratulations to our Director of Operations, Vic Victoriano, for being sworn in as an ABC Baltimore 2015 Board of Trustee Member. Mr. Victoriano was sworn in at ABC Baltimore’s yearly Member of Distinction Gala at the Marriot Waterfront on January 24, 2015.
NEW GENERAL MANAGER, RICHMOND BRANCH
Daniel Barribeau was named the Richmond Branch’s new General Manager in March 2014, after Aaron Bossard was relocated to start our new North Texas office. Mr. Barribeau has been successful in understanding and assessing our client’s needs. Mr. Barribeau provides exceptional customer service to our existing and new client base. He has been successful in attracting new clients and building client retention. Mr. Barribeau’s customer service success lends itself to his previous 10 years as GM of a successful semi-private golf course in Richmond, where he managed sales, client accounts, raised customer service levels and oversaw 50 employees. New General Manager, Baltimore Branch
Jason Lefler was named the Baltimore Branch’s new General Manager in January 2014, after Mr. Victoriano was promoted to Director of Operations. Mr. Lefler brings several years of industry management experience, and an excellent track record for developing new business and client retention. Mr. Lefler offers his expertise in sales team management, recruitment, training, and client relations. Mr. Lefler is an integral part of the Skillforce team. New Director Of Operations
Vic Victoriano was promoted in January 2014 to the Corporate Division of Skillforce in a newly created position, Director of Operations. In his new role Mr. Victoriano oversees all of the sales teams. He is responsible for developing new sales and operations procedures and processes, and providing guidance and support to our GMs. Mr. Victoriano will also play a key role in opening new offices around the country. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Victoriano was General Manager for 10 years of the Baltimore Branch.
